Officer Rodney Holder was killed in a motorcycle accident at the
intersection of Sayles Boulevard and South 13th Street while
attempting to stop a speeder.
Another vehicle collided with his motorcycle in the intersection as he
attempted to the stop the speeder on Sayles Boulevard.
Officer Holder had served with the Abilene Police Department for 28
years and is survived by his Parents, wife, daughter, and son.
